Getting over a heart attack suffered on 9th Jan 2011.
Certainly a different way to start the year.
Had a stent inserted at Wellington Hospital on the 11 th Jan 2011.
This had to be done as I had 3 blockages in the right artery to the heart
(70%, 90%, 99%)
So I'm feeling quite lucky to survive this and realise this is the wake-up call I needed.
Good thing will this, is that I've been off the ciggys for nearly 4 weeks.
